The Perennial New Year’s Resolution

Like clockwork each January, there's that one friend who declares THIS is finally their marathon year.

They've perfected the routine - enthusiastically signing up for yet another gym membership, posting that hopeful workout selfie... while their growing collection of unused trainers gathers dust in the cupboard, and the direct debit silently ticks away.

Year after year, it's the same cycle - new workout gear, fresh promises, renewed determination. Yet somehow, by February, they're still taking the lift to the first floor. Sound painfully familiar?

This pattern plays out in the business world too.

Just like that eternally optimistic friend who keeps paying for gym memberships they'll never use, I see business owners spend years (sometimes decades!) running their companies without ever getting them truly "fit" for sale.
