Maximise Your Business's Value: Exit on Your Terms 

If you want to exit soon, or want to make sure your business is ready for exit should the ideal buyer come knocking, and you meet my qualifying criteria, you may be able to get my hands-on help installing my Built For Exit operating system in your business.

You can comfortably expect a multi-million pound increase in your company's value within three years (if you take my advice and do the work). 

You'll also have a faster growing, more profitable, and more cash-generative business that can run  day-to-day (mostly) without you.

To work with me at this level, you must own an established business but have come up against the notorious 'glass ceiling' preventing you from being able to sell your business for a life-changing sum, on your terms, when you're ready.

In other words:

You're stuck, aware you don't know what you don't know, and determined to fix it so you can have a happy and lucrative exit, soon.

As a consequence, you have the dedication, drive, and desire to invest time, effort, and a substantial amount of money into getting your business from where it is now to where you want it to be.

To be considered a suitable candidate you must be:

• Moral and ethical
• The MD or CEO, in charge of your own business
• Driven, dedicated, and determined to do what needs to be done
• Curious, open minded and mentorable
• Possessed of a great sense of humour and love life (Eeyore's should definitely not apply)

And your business must be:

• Delivering a moral and ethical product or service
• Generating at least £250k per annum profit before tax
• Ideally in manufacturing, industrial services or similar (ideally, but don't feel restricted by those)

By the way... I do not give discounts, free advice or consultations, and my time and expertise never comes cheap. In fact, I probably charge amongst the highest fees in the industry.

None of this is coincidental.

The reason I charge premium rates and pick and choose my clients with great care is exactly the same reason others don't: we are all aware of the real value of our time, expertise and results.  

It's the same reason only five clients at a time get my hands-on mentoring to ensure their business sells smoothly, for an eye-watering amount, when they choose to leave. (There's also a business owner peer mastermind group for those who don't want or need private mentoring).
