To work with me at this level, you have to be an already successful business owner but have come up against the notorious 'glass ceiling' preventing you from growing further.
In other words...
You're stuck, aware you don't know what you don't know, and determined to fix it so you can have a happy and lucrative exit, soon.
As a consequence, you have the dedication, drive, and desire to invest time, effort, and a substantial amount of money into getting your business from where it is now to where you want it to be.
To be considered a suitable candidate you must be:
- Moral and ethical
- The MD or CEO, solely in charge of your own business
- Driven, dedicated, and determined to do what needs to be done
- Intending to exit within the next three years
- Curious, open minded and mentorable
- Possessed of a great sense of humour and love life (Eeyore's should definitely not apply)
And your business must ideally be:
- In manufacturing or industrial services
- Delivering a moral and ethical product or service
- Generating at least £400k per annum profit before tax
I do not give discounts, free advice or consultations, and my time and expertise never comes cheap. In fact, I probably charge amongst the highest fees in the industry.
None of this is coincidental.
The reason I charge premium rates and pick and choose my clients with great care is exactly the same reason others don't: we are all aware of the real value of our time, expertise and results.
It's the same reason only five clients at a time get my hands-on mentoring to ensure their business sells smoothly, on demand, for an eye-watering amount. And, as an assignment can last three years, spaces for new clients are like hen's teeth.
